He began his sales career in the Human Capital Management space selling across all business size segments. He earned numerous top performer club awards and honors and continued his career with a 13 year track record as a high performing sales executive, driving his personal passion to find, develop and promote the best and brightest talent.
Because of his unique sales and sales management perspective, he fully understands what determines a consistent top sales performer. Over the course of his career, he successfully recruited, hired, trained and developed a continuous flow of highly talented sales professionals. His focus and passion to always “hire the right people” and “never settle” have served as the foundations of a long and successful career.
In addition, during the fourteen years as a Marketing executive, his clear vision of sales process and strategy helped him to develop and execute many of the most successful company Marketing programs and campaigns. This was critical to help drive marketshare and increase activity levels across a wide array of industries and employer size ranges and support critical divisional and company wide sales objectives.
Gans holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Miami University, in Oxford, Ohio and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of New Haven. In addition, he has additional expertise in the Human Resources area having previously earned an advanced certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). He currently resides near Wilmington, NC in the town of Leland.
