Kirra has more than 10 years of executive sales experience with industry leading companies including Human Capital Management, Financial Services, Talent Management, Insurance and Financial Services. Her personal success includes numerous accolades including 4 Presidents Clubs. She has also coached and mentored numerous associates during her career.
Kirra’s passion for helping people, coupled with her significant understanding of the key attributes that translate to tremendous sales success, makes her extremely well positioned for her current role and exceptionally insightful in identifying top talent for Metro’s growing list of high performing companies.
She joined Metro Team Resources in 2014 after 6 highly successful years as a senior sales associate, first with ADP in both the HCM and insurance arena’s and then with Paylocity in a comparable role. After 3 phenomenal years supporting Metro’s clients, she took a little time to raise her three beautiful boys, but is excited to be back engaged and ready to resume the success track she started before starting her family.
After emerging as a star athlete in school, she began her career in the banking industry where she quickly recognized her passion for sales and in helping her clients to achieve their business goals.
Kirra lives in Boynton Beach, FL with her 3 amazing boys, husband Joe & her dog Kane.
