With more than 15 years of impressive sales experience in the Human Capital Management Industry, Colasante recently made the decision to join Metro Team Resources to be reunited with her former mentor and ADP DVP, Jeff Dooney.
Candace has exhibited exemplary performance throughout her sales career, earning numerous awards, accolades and promotions during her tenure. Some of those awards included 6 President Clubs, Most Motivated Salesperson, Award of Excellence, MVP, Top HRDM then Corporate Sales Trainer and Manager in Sales Operations. By working effectively both directly with clients and at corporate, she gained tremendous insight into what skills are essential to be an all-around successful salesperson. Her immense network of contacts, strong experience in high-producing Fortune 500 sales organizations as well as her experience as a business owner and a sales consultant, make her highly qualified in the sales recruitment industry. She has the perfect credentials and well-rounded experience to find the right people for any role.
Candace has successfully worked with major accounts as well as small/mid-sized companies to reorganize their payroll and HR-related functions to be as efficient as possible. Over the years, her passion shifted to training/teaching and mentoring trainees, providing them with knowledge along with confidence and tenacity to accomplish (and surpass) their goals.
Because of her understanding of the soft skills and key attributes needed for sales success, she is perfectly suited to move into this new executive sales recruiting role by connecting top sales talent with Metro’s continually growing client base. Colasante attended the University of Central Florida, currently lives with her family in the Chicago area and is the proud mom of four amazing boys.
