Randy has over 30 years of senior sales, sales management and marketing leadership experience in the Human Capital Management industry working for ADP. He joined Metro Team Resources to bring his unique insight and understanding and exceptional record of success to help identify other high performers to help position them with the best opportunities to further their career goals.

Over the course of his career, he successfully recruited, hired, trained and developed a continuous flow of highly talented sales professionals.  His focus and passion to always “hire the right people” and “never settle” have served as the foundations of a long and successful career where he’s earning countless accolades for his accomplishments.

Further, his significant tenure as a Marketing executive has given him a clear vision of the sales process and strategy helped him to develop and execute many of the most successful company Marketing programs and campaigns.

Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Miami University, in Oxford, Ohio and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of New Haven and he lives near Leland.
