With more than 25 years of senior sales leadership experience in the Human Capital Management industry, Jeff brings unique insight and expertise to his position as CEO/President of Metro Team Resources. 

Metro is a solution-oriented, boutique recruitment firm with a particular focus on sales, sales leadership and other revenue generating positions nationally as well as all key executive positions withing growing companies.

Jeff founded MTR in July 2013, after a stellar career track at ADP, a global leader in payroll services, employee benefits administration and human capital management, where he led a large portion of their national sales organization. He has also been a key executive in multiple early-stage organizations where he’s been instrumental in their growth and evolution.

His immense network of contacts, strong experience managing high-producing growth organizations as well as his commitment to the career advancement of his associates, makes him uniquely qualified to lead a high impact recruitment firm.

Under his leadership, MTR excels in becoming an extension of their clients Talent Acquisition functions.  The firm leverages Jeff’s first hand diverse executive background to provide a full range of services all rooted in the provision of exceptional, well-qualified candidates capable of significant contribution, often to the revenue generation of their new organizations growth.
