After almost 10 years and significant success selling and leading organizations in the auto industry, Chris joined the “family business” on a part time basis at first. His passion for sales and building top producing teams quickly translated into his becoming a highly credible partner for MTR and our clients. Chris literally watched his father grow up in the Human Capital Management industry and has turned that familiarity into significant credibility in the industry that has been the family business for many years.
In the auto industry, Chris was known for being a hard-charging, top 1% sales professional, before leading first sales teams, then additionally operations teams to significant success. His tremendous work ethic and determination to never let a client down, has served him well already in the recruitment arena.
Chris attended William Paterson College, and lives in the northern New Jersey.
