Colasante joined Metro Team Resources early in our journey after years of highly successful sales experience in the Human Capital Management Industry to be reunited with her former mentor and Jeff Dooney.

Prior to joining Metro, Candace was a highly accomplished sales executive earning numerous awards, accolades and promotions during her tenure. By working effectively both directly with clients and in developing organizational strategy, she gained tremendous insight into the characteristics of top producing sales professionals. Her immense network of contacts, strong experience in high-producing Fortune 500 sales organizations as well as her experience as a business owner and a sales consultant, make her extremely well positioned to identify and recommend great candidates to her clients.

She has successfully worked across both diverse markets and numerous industries with a particular focus on developing highly efficient human resource and talent acquisition functions.  She also has a significant passion toward training/teaching and mentoring less experiences associates while instilling confidence and tenacity to accomplish (and surpass) their goals.

Colasante attended the University of Central Florida, currently lives with her family in the Chicago area and is the proud mom of four amazing boys.
