Dooney founded MTR in July 2013, after a stellar career track at ADP, a global leader in payroll services, employee benefits administration and human capital management. After holding various positions of escalating responsibility in sales and sales operations, he provided strategic leadership to 200 sales professionals spanning 35 offices as a Division Vice President. Dooney then rose to the position COO/SVP of Business Development at TERMS, an environmental consulting firm, providing growth strategies, business development and field leadership for the NJ organization.
